MEDISENSE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At Medisense, we strive to provide seamless and reliable healthcare delivery experiences. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds across consultations, diagnostics, medicine orders, and medical travel services.
1. Doctor/Wellness Consultations
- User-Initiated Cancellation:
- If cancelled more than 2 hours before the scheduled consultation → 100% refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
- If cancelled within 2 hours of consultation → 50% refund.
- No refund if the consultation has already started.
- Provider-Initiated Cancellation:
- If a doctor cancels or fails to join, users receive a 100% refund or free reschedule.
2. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- In case of international transactions, refund timelines may vary based on banking and currency exchange processes.
3. Exceptions
- No refunds will be made for:
- Missed appointments by users.
- Services already delivered in full.
- Promotional/discounted packages unless otherwise specified.
